ALMOND BOCCONCINI

  TASTE

Fresh, soft, delicate , mild almond flavour.  

INGREDIENTS 

Almond milk, nutritional yeast, flavourless coconut oil, tapioca, carrageenan, salt, lime, garlic powder, white pepper. 

FAVOURITE USE

Roast vegetable and bocconcini toasties , or straight out of the tub

STORAGE

Keep submerged (air is the enemy) , use clean utensils when removing, and keep the brine (water) clean.   

 USE WITHIN

2 weeks. 

ALMOND CHEESE

TASTE

Herby, almond dense with  fiery green peppercorns.  

Smoky, almond dense with spicy chilli flakes. 

INGREDIENTS

Almonds, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, onion power, mustard, salt, nutritional yeast, lemon, lactic acid, green peppercorn, smoked paprika and chilli.

FAVOURITE USE

Everyday eating cheese. 

Tossed through salads. 

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated and in a dry container.  

USE WITHIN

3 weeks.

almond feta

TASTE

Tangy and sharp, almond dense, rich and salty.

INGREDIENTS

Whole almonds, miso, apple cider vinegar, lemon, nutritional yeast, onion and garlic powder, lactic acid, salt, olive oil, herbs, garlic, home-made dehydrated citrus.

FAVOURITE USE

Baked whole feta in a tomato and olive sauce with crusty bread, crumbed over everything.

STORAGE

Keep submerged (air is the enemy), top up with oil if needed (and then re-use the oil  - its great for a dressing).

 USE WITHIN

4 weeks. 

ALMOND RICOTTA

 TASTE
Creamy and mild flavour, with a hint of salt, for wherever a creamy touch is needed.  

INGREDIENTS
Whole almonds, soy milk, lemon, salt.

FAVOURITE USE 

Eat it straight out of the tub, ricotta  with fruit, nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup, filling for stuffed vegetables , dollop on soup.  

STORAGE
Refrigerate, use clean utensils, scrape down the sides, put the lid on tight (air is the enemy).  

 USE WITHIN

7 days. 

BASMATI CHEESE

 TASTE
Lively, fragrant, sweet and savoury, with a hint of curry.  

INGREDIENTS
 Basmati rice, soy milk, miso, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, curry powder, tapioca, flavourless, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, pepper, kappa carrageenan, apple cider vinegar.   

FAVOURITE USE 

 Basmati cheese on crackers with stewed fruit.  Grated over vegetables (no more bland veggies).

STORAGE
 Basmati cheese is freshly made, its soft and chewy to begin then becomes firmer and supple. Keep it wrapped in a dry paper towel and pop it into a tub with a lid.   

USE WITHIN

2 weeks.

PARMESAN CHEESE

 TASTE
Strong, sharp, bold, tangy and well-seasoned.  

INGREDIENTS
 Chick-pea, potato, tapioca, nutritional yeast, miso, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, lactic acid, salt, pepper, flavourless coconut oil.

FAVOURITE USE 

 Thinly sliced on a cracker for a flavour hit. Grated over risotto, pasta, or soup, and shaved over a salad.

STORAGE
 Parmesan is freshly made, its firm and will get firmer. Keep it wrapped in a dry paper towel and pop it into a tub with a lid.   

USE WITHIN

4 weeks.

SWEET POTATO CHEESE

 TASTE
Fresh, mild, sweet and earthy.  

INGREDIENTS
 Sweet potato, potato starch, tapioca, nutritional yeast, tomato paste, miso, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, soy milk, lactic acid, salt, pepper, flavourless coconut oil, oregano, agave.   

FAVOURITE USE 

 Thinly sliced on sandwiches, layered in lasagne, tossed in a salad.

STORAGE
 Sweet potato cheese is freshly made, its firm and will get firmer. Keep it wrapped in a dry paper towel and pop it into a tub with a lid.   

USE WITHIN

2 weeks.

apricots with orange & star anise

TASTE

Subtle, sweet and tart, moist, soft with a hint of orange and liquorice. 

INGREDIENTS

Dried apricots, sugar, water, star anise, orange and lemon. 

FAVOURITE USE

Straight from the tub. 

Sliced in half and filled with almonds. 

Apricots, cheese and crackers. 

Cakes and pancakes.

Cereal and yoghurt. 

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated , use clean utensils each time, keep the syrup clean. 
USE WITHIN
1 month.

Figs with cinnamon & cloves

  TASTE

Spiced (like Christmas), sweet, moist and chewy. 

INGREDIENTS

Dried figs, sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves and lemon. 

FAVOURITE USE

Straight from the tub.

Split in half and filled with walnuts. 

Cheese with figs, on crackers.

Added to yoghurt, pancakes, or muesli. 

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated , use clean utensils each time, keep the syrup clean. 

USE WITHIN

1 month.

VEGAN BUTTER

TASTE 

Smooth, rich  and indulgent.

INGREDIENTS 

Almond meal,  flavourless coconut oil, soy milk,  nutritional yeast, salt,  apple cider vinegar, turmeric, vegetable oil.

FAVOURITE USE

Love it in sweet potato mash , sautéed green vegetables, spread thick on crumpets. 

STORAGE 

This is a fresh product without any preservatives, so must be refrigerated and enjoyed quickly. Treat it like a bunch of herbs.

USE WITHIN

7 days.

SEEDY CRACKERS

 TASTE
Nutty, salted , crunchy, and more-ish.  

INGREDIENTS
 Seeds (pumpkin , sunflower , chia , sesame , and linseeds), mixed herbs, salt, water.

VEGAN DOG BISCUITS

 TASTE
Milton: Carmel has sneakily tasted some of these herself. She says they're a plain unsweetened oatmeal cookie.  [wags tail, woof!].
INGREDIENTS
Carrots,  peanut butter, linseed, rolled oats.
