Hi, I often receive requests for product samples from potential customers. I unfortunately have to decline these, as my cheeses are made to order (so that you receive the maximum shelf life) and some of the recipes are difficult to scale down. In any event, the catalog items are not expensive. If you are a commercial customer, please contact me.

I am often asked if I can deliver to locations outside of the inner west of Sydney (plus the pockets around Gladesville and West Pennant Hills). Unfortunately, this is not economically viable (for you or for me) as the delivery cost could even exceed the order value. If you haven't recently visited the very hip Newtown/Stanmore/Marrickville area, maybe time for a road trip?
